Custom Furniture Returns

Due to the custom nature of our furniture pieces, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We work closely with our clients during the design and approval process to ensure satisfaction before manufacturing begins.

Pre-Production Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can typically be accommodated before production begins, though additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modifications.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your custom furniture arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photographs of any damage or defects when contacting us. This helps us assess the situation quickly and determine the best course of action.

Warranty Coverage

All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering materials and craftsmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be detailed in your purchase agreement. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If production has not yet begun and you cancel your order within 7 days of order confirmation
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond your control
  • If the delivered item significantly differs from the approved design specifications

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Return Process

If a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Custom items cannot be resold, so returns are subject to inspection and approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been customized beyond standard specifications
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items that have been modified after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless covered by warranty)
